![]() ![]() Audiobook in this form is a great idea, but in this case, not ideally executed in my opinion. The main narrator itself didn't felt great either, but it is probably just my taste. Some of the music is even with words (or at least sounds like it), which is very much intrusive accompanying spoken words. ![]() Sometimes the music invokes some perception of the scene which I would not have only with the text and in my case, it didn't match well. The music felt many times quite intrusive for me (maybe a different volume could help). The Audio is too much "graphic" sometimes. My rating here is only for the audio form - for the book itself I will post it to the last part -> 3/5-5 for the audio. The Audio is too much "graphic" sometimes Performed by Dylan Lynch, James Konicek, Ken Jackson, Karen Carbone, Elizabeth Jernigan, Colleen Delany, Tim Getman, Steven Carpenter, David Coyne, Scott McCormick, Christopher Graybill, Richard Rohan, Mort Shelby, Terence Aselford, Sunny Lasskey, Eric Messner, Tom Simpson, Nanette Savard, Amanda Thickpenny, Andy Clemence. Repeat violators will be banned. After bursting onto the fantasy scene with his acclaimed debut novel, Elantris, and following up with his blockbuster Mistborn trilogy, Brandon Sanderson proves again that he is today’s leading master of what Tolkien called “secondary creation,” the invention of whole worlds, complete with magics and myths all their own.
